Thanks for looking around my cranny of the Internet. If anything I’ve written is particularly interesting to you, please reach out! I’d love to hear from you.
Weekly thought-letter: the Looseleaf Cannon goes out each Sunday. In it, I help founders, marketers, & operators spark their creativity by sharing a new product/business idea & how I’d market & launch it. Join the Looseleaf Cannon here.

Who am I?
I’m Luke. I live in Chicago but know less about Chicago than every other Chicagoan. Growing up I lived in Texas, & more recently spent time in Virginia & Indiana, only just moving to Chicago in March when you-know-what happened. Since then, I’ve rarely left my apartment, hence not knowing much about Chicago. Instead, I spend my days writing, coding, & napping.
I’m currently building a SaaS marketing tool that lets people users create & manage their own Twitter bots for free (check it out at BirdyBots.com) & also do data analysis at HomeX, a home services marketplace – think of it like Uber, but for plumbers, electricians, etc.
I write a weekly thought-letter called the Looseleaf Cannon that helps founders, marketers, & operators nurture their creativity by sharing a new product/business idea & how I’d market & launch it. Join the Looseleaf Cannon here.
I’ve also built 2 free email courses – about how to maximize LinkedIn & how to craft a killer resume – which you can find here.
To learn more about my “newsletter stack” – where much of my inspiration comes from – check out What I Subscribe To. To see what I’ve written, explore my Writing.
You can find me on LinkedIn, where I post daily about marketing, start-ups, & professional development, or on Twitter @lukecannon727. If you’d like to reach out to me directly, you can also email me at lukecannon727(at)gmail(dot)com.
